UL Certified |
All Moo ebikes are either UL Certified or tested by ACT to comply with UL 2849.
This means our bikes and electric systems have undergone rigorous testing to meet safety standards set by UL, a respected third-party organization.
Although U.S. guidelines don’t currently require ebikes to meet UL Certification, we go the extra mile to ensure our riders feel safe in the saddle.
Safety is paramount to Moo engineers. Reflective striping is incorporated on tire sidewalls, plus the LED headlight and an integrated taillight with brake-light indicator keep you visible to all.
Every ebike, without exception, receives a thorough 50-point inspection. How in-depth is it? Even the screws are double-checked.

Take charge! See how much juice you have left while you plan the rest of your trip.
Say watt?! Check out how much power the motor is outputting at any given time.
Track all the miles you’ve racked up, either by trip or through the bike’s entire lifespan.
The higher the number, the more the motor will boost you when you pedal.
Time flies when you’re having fun. Keep an eye on the time and how long you’ve been riding.
It’s always a bright idea to check and see if your headlights are on.

The MooRover R2plus has been excellent so far. The bike’s pedal assist and throttle have excellent power for hills and those days when I’m going against those Montana winds. Stability and ease in steering and stopping on Bike paths, trails and city streets is excellent. The only issue so far is with the mounting brackets for the Moo Premium Headlight. The headlight moves up and down on the bracket even after tightening. A more secure bracket would help. Overall, I would and have recommended this bike to anyone interested in a sturdy, powerful and easy to ride e-bike.

This bike takes me to work and back on most days. As I’m getting older I like the shocks and the fat tires provide added cushion to the ride. I like the seat too. My commute takes me downhill then up, and the reverse on the way home. Very satisfied.

I have only been able to ride it four times because of the crazy weather we’re having but so far I love it. It was so windy the first couple times I went out I had problems with the shifting. Then I realized the wind was pushing me so hard there was no need to even pedal. I’m still learning the gears and the throttle with all the hills I live on. I’m getting ready to get on it now and I love this bike.

Rules the trails!

My wife has been dealing with some health issues which would prevent her from riding a normal bicycle. This has changed everything! We spend a lot more time outdoors together and I can pedal while she cruises. The fresh air alone has made a world of difference and its all because of these bikes. The Moo powerR2 with the fat tires allows me to go down some pretty cool trails and even handled well in the snow last year! So glad we made the investment!

The bike seems to be of top quality for what they cost but needs to have an upgrade kit to get it to run faster very much let down with the speed it will do

My MooRover R2 Plus is now 3 years old and I’ve put almost 1000 miles on it, trouble-free. Bert Erwin of Nomadic Bike Service in Bozeman MT did a minor service check and tune up this spring. He is excellent. My rides are usually from 4-16 miles in our neighborhood trail system with gravel paths. There is not a single thing about the bike that I don’t like. The ergonomic handle bar grips are one of my favorite features. Shifting is easy and power assist is terrific. What a bike!

We have 3 moo plus bikes. Comfortable ride for any terrain. Battery stays charged. Highly recommend.

My daily ride is about 8 miles, strictly for pleasure. I’m 84 years young and my circuit has 5 steep hills to navigate and I could never do that without a pedal assist bike. I’m riding a new Moo Rover 6+ bike, replacing my 7 year old Moo Rover. The step through frame makes for a much easier mount for my stiff old body so I’m happy for that. The controls and view screens are a little different, but the new hydraulic brakes are so much more responsive – a big plus. I’m a very happy biker.
