I absolutely love the MOOBIKE Discover 2! It has given me the freedom & endurance that was disappearing for me as I’ve aged. Riding bikes is fun again & I am able to go much further & more often than before.
My only regret is that I didn’t buy one years ago!

I’m 69 years old,have copd,live in a hilly city, the discover 2 is better than I could imagine. I have the bike for 2 weeks. My first ride was 18 miles used 27 percent of battery, todays ride 2 weeks later 22 miles 18 percent battery, in the 2 weeks I have owned the bike I have put over 250 miles on it. I have lost 7 pounds and having a great time. I do have motorcycle butt. But the seat is pretty comfortable.

This is just an outstanding bike. This Discover 2 replaced a 3 year old larger, heavier, fat tire ebike from a well known company. It is amazing how far technology and build quality has advanced in that time. You would be hard pressed to find any other bike in this price range that would close to the quality of this bike. My only small objection is the effort required when in torque sensor mode. I have ridden quite a few different brand bikes with torque sensors and none required the amount of effort this one does. I have also seen a couple of video reviews where the required effort was noted. I know that for more exercise, battery life, and natural feel the torque sensor is best, but it is a bit much for those of us in our mid- 70’s. Perhaps a future firmware upgrade could address the problem. Perhaps adjustable sensitivity?

Superbly engineered. Superbly crafted. Superb ride,, comfort and enjoyment. I’ve had my Discover 2 for about 2 months and have pedaled nearly 300 miles. I could not have made a better choice. I love it. I haven’t even driven my car since the bike arrived. I am 77 and retired and wish I had bought it a year ago when it was released. I am 6’1″ and the Large frame fits me very well. One thing I discovered: small adjustments in the seat post height and handlebar height and slant result in big improvements in comfort and accessibility. I carried the tool set with me for two weeks until I got it right for my size and pedaling style. I added the comfort seat post, mirror, phone carrier and 3rd party basket. I use only torque assist and it is perfect. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I honestly don’t know how Velotric could improve it!

My wife and I both bought ebikes. I got the Discover 2, but my wife loved the smaller size of the Fold 1. Even though we hadn’t been on bikes for years, the transition to using them every week was immediate. We mostly ride around our city and our region on the weekends. However, I also use my Discover 2, with a basket on the back , for short trips around town. Highly recommended!

What a great bike. You get so much more with this bike than you do for bikes at nearly twice the price. My Specialize bike was 4k two years ago and didn’t come with turn signals or a brake light. It’s also more stable in the steering. Everything on this bike is of high quality. It even has torque values printed next to the fasteners. Being a retired aircraft mechanic/pilot, this is a big plus to me. Very comfortable and powerful bike. You can’t go wrong with this one.
